Underland by Robert Macfarlane is a fascinating non-fiction read in The Lazy Book Club.

Let’s chat about Blue Jay in Movie Nights!

Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky...

Hello,

I feel ashamed how clumsy I am with learning to use the Forum. So far I have "stolen" one of the wonderful "crown shyness" photos that I will use on the back cover of the photo book as the 66th kind of "future reference" with a "let's see it together soon" message, and also I borrowed the Topic-name quotation as a Motto. I am really grateful to you, girls! I have just tried to upload 1-2 photos of mine but I proved to be hopeless at that stage..Dee, :sign0085:

Hi Peggy! I think I'll like you...thievery and all....And yes, it's a definite sign that you poked your nose into the tree thread first. Welcome to the Harbour!
(I'm going to go hide all my stuff from you now) :039: :72: :57:

Walking through a gorge in Crete we came across this tree. It has grown around the great boulders of the gorge floor.

A very determined tree! You're in Crete now? :57: :72: Can you adopt me? Never mind that I'm probably the same age as you....

Ah NR I'm not in Crete now - but I was the week before the wedding and the chaos that ensued resulted in my getting all behind with my intended posts. We had a week in Italy, one in Crete and then the wedding within a few weeks of each other(not planned that way may I add).

The truth is NR that I could adopt you - I think the age difference might be comfortable enough.
