This short film reminds me so much of a film with a very similar twist … and I just can’t remember the title!! Anyone?

A beautiful little film. John Hurt and Phyllida Law bring so much depth with very little dialog. Love this thing!

It does remind me of parts of The Notebook.

I think this portion of The Notebook was actually a very important dynamic of deep human love to bring to the screen. It humanizes the elderly and makes the viewer stop and truly perceive this incredible attachment.

Now, the frantic sex scene is one of my favorite of all times as well. I won’t go into details…
