Full disclosure - I accidentally edited Dee's above post while meaning to quote. It was a great post.

It generally said it was so nice to see a man supporting a woman in this very selfless way, plus some other great stuff. (Etching little circles with my foot on the floor whilst hanging my head.)

I love the sentiment of the above statement and agree that in a balanced relationship the support shifts between individuals. Yet, some of us do have 'angels' and that is the icing on the cake, isn't it?

I think that was the gist of it, that mostly women are portrayed in this Angel role, so it was especially good to see one with a beard!
