Amazing NR - it is such a grand looking building and what would appear to be in such a beautiful place - the view through those glass doors is breath-taking and I love the wrought iron work you can just see. I also love the bits of stain-glass - glass can be so beautiful, even small stained panels add to the colours and the play of the light.
Interesting no-one has bought it and done it up. I presume it must be cheaper to create a new build than re-vamp an old!

Yeah, Dee, I noticed the asymmetry, too. Just makes it all the more interesting. (Doesn't stop me from wanting to even it out on the other side of the main building, though...LOL )
And, yes, MC, you'd think a wealthy entrepreneur would snatch it up and make a beautiful hotel out of it----that location!! ----but it must be beyond hope. Very sad....
